The Wright Dynamo fills the need for multifunction equipment for Forward Operating Bases. Dynamo simultaneously works as ground support equipment, 30 kW generator, and microgrid hub. Capable of interfacing with solar, wind, and batteries for both AC & DC output, the Wright Dynamo is up to 20% more efficient than commercial generators—ideal for electrification in austere and remote environments.

The Wright Dynamo Generator's unique architecture enables the operator to quickly change between 50, 60, or 400Hz with the click of a button. No mechanical modifications required. This capability means Dynamo can quickly switch between a mobile electric power unit, an aircraft ground support power unit, and a microgrid hub.

- 30kW@400Hz electric start capability
- Integrated aircraft-start receptacle with HVIL
- Cart-mounted power unit is small enough for complete mobility by a single individual
- Cart is rated for 55mph highway and light off-roading in cases of emergency
- Frequency-independent convenience receptacle, to power lights or other equipment when 400Hz is at the primary output

- COTS equipment would need 2 463L pallet positions; Dynamo only needs 1/6 of one
- Generators can be stacked 2X high, enabling up to 12 units on a 463L pallet
- Useful in Agile Combat Employment (ACE) operations with limited space for cargo transport
600 kW Wright BEEDLE Generator in development
The BEEDLE generator packs 600 kW into a single 463L pallet and will work as a generator or as a charger for vehicle electrification. Currently under development in partnership with the U.S. Air Force.
